Timothy Berry has over thirty years of successful business management, marketing and community building. Tim holds an MBA with a focus for finding sustainable funding sources for organizations.
He began his Venue Management career at the Iowa State Center in Ames and has managed public assembly facilities in Mankato, MN; Muskegon, MI, Dodge City, KS. and Ottumwa, IA.
Tim has broadcasting, fundraising, communication, public relations, and teaching experience that he draws on to successfully meet the objectives of a wide variety of stakeholder populations and interest groups.
He is an experienced administrator who has successfully worked with senior management in developing and meeting the goals of organizations. Tim has created and administered strategic plans as well as marketing campaigns. He has a solid background in event programming, organizing and producing all aspects of special events.
Tim can manage people and projects within deadlines and on budget. He has been responsible for developing and managing staff teams plus coordinating volunteer workers.
Tim also specializes in Organizational Transitions as an “Interim” Executive Director.
