VenuWorks is providing pre-opening and management services for this multi-purpose  arena and convention center.  Ground was broken in April, 2009 with opening scheduled for the Fall of 2010.  The facility is located on the shore of scenic Lake Bemidji.  It is part of the City of Bemidji's South Shore, a 140 acre mixed use development that when finished will include both commercial and residential projects.

The completed arena will have approximately 4,000 seats for hockey, and 6,000 for concerts.  The convention center will feature a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom and 4,000 sq. ft. of breakout meeting space.  When completed, the arena will be the home of Bemidji State's NCAA Division I men's and women's hockey teams and host concerts, family events, and a wide range of community and regional activities.

VenuWorks will consult on management related issues during the construction phase of the project, while preparing the facility for its grand opening.  It will provide a full range of management services upon completion.
