The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage team in overall food and beverage service for concessions, suites, catering and vending areas across all venues. This Manager’s primary focus will be managing the suites and catering department, as well as have joint responsibilities at the Victory Theatre and Mesker Park Zoo as business needs dictate.
Position will work with the other Food and Beverage Managers and subordinate supervisors on inventory management of all foods, beverages, and related supplies/equipment; coordinating training of foodservice employees in the suites, warehousing, concessions, catering, and bartending areas. The individual ensures an efficient, timely, safe, and sanitary foodservice operation. Closing out concessions and the cash room every day and insuring the stand sheets balance.
