St. Clair is a Certified Facilities Executive with extensive experience in the event industry, including 50 years of experience in the management of convention centers, arenas, performing arts centers, auditoriums, stadiums, and fairgrounds facilities. He is an active consultant to VenuWorks regarding new business and venue oversight.

Before retiring from VenuWorks in 2011, St. Clair was the Vice President of Operations and Projects where he was in charge of special projects and is the lead person in providing pre-opening services to new facilities and transitioning accounts to VenuWorks management. Other past positions include being Executive Director of the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Convention Center; Executive Director of the RiverCenter and Adler Theatre in Davenport, IA, Executive Director of the Verizon Wireless Arena in Mankato, MN; and Assistant Director of the Oklahoma City Public Events Facilities Department – Myriad Convention Center, Civic Center Music Hall, and the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds.
