ASSISTANT TICKET OFFICE MANAGER – FORD CENTER – EVANSVILLE, IN

Assistant Ticket Office Manager will assist with day to day ticketing operations for sporting, concerts and other various events at the Ford Center and Victory Theatre. This detailed position will require excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with department staff, venue management, personnel and clients of all levels, the ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. Other duties include: supervise, schedule and manage ticket office staff, oversee box office operations during performances, ensure ADA compliant ticketing practices, communicate with promoters, venue staff and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns, resolve escalated customer service issues, monitor supplies and equipment, as well as report and follow up on any ticketing repair issues, as well as assist with daily reconciliation and preparation of deposits, and monitor cash flow.
Must also be able to embrace technology provided by Ticketmaster such as Presence, EventBase, Account Manager and maintain knowledge of current ticketing trends.
