Angela is responsible for maintaining organization compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. She directs the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resource functions. In addition, Angela serves as the dedicated point of contact with our Human Resources partner, Oasis HR.

Prior to joining VenuWorks, Angela worked in various industries including; Staffing, Finance and Insurance; representing and specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Payroll.

Angela attended Des Moines Area Community College, as well as Minnesota School of Business. Her course of study included Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resource Management. Angela holds a PHR certification and belongs to various HR communities in an effort to stay in touch with ever changing employment regulations. Angela and her family currently live in Runnells, IA next to her family farm. Angela serves on the Runnells Little League board as Sponsorship Manager and is an active member of her community Historical Society
